Memberships to ShareWeb sites are activated immediately after purchase. You may access the member area of your ShareWeb site by entering the e-mail address and password you chose when you created your ShareWeb Store account. You may first need to create a profile in the community you are a member and will be prompted to do so the first time you login.

Downloadable products are also available immediately after purchase in the My Account area of the store.

No returns or refunds on any product or membership.

Use the contact page to arrange replacement of defective products.

Physical items are usually shipped within 1 to 7 business days. You can track the status of your order in the My Account area of the store. You will be notified by email when your order ships.

Physical products are shipped from ShareWeb Inc.

CDs and DVDs ship in a white, non-electro-static cardboard envelope. They do not require a customs form for orders outside the US.

Videos ship in a padded envelope or a US Postal Service box.

Videos, T-Shirts and large orders require customs forms for orders outside the US.
