Need to cancel your Recurring Membership?

Go to the website community where you have your Recurring Membership.

  • Click on STORE
  • Click on MY ACCOUNT (upper right hand corner)
  • Click on View/Cancel Recurring Billing

Note: If you are not sure whether you have Recurring Billing go to STORE and click on Membership Info (on the left) for information regarding different types of memberships.

Do you need to change your Password?

If you don't know your password, or need to change it, please click here.

Note: If you do not receive an e-mail from the automated password reset system, check your e-mail service for problems, such as over quota, or spam filters.

Login Tips

  • Always use your full e-mail address as your username!
  • For example:

      username: bob@yahoo.com
      password: my_password

  • Be sure the caps lock key is not engaged when you enter your ShareWeb PassCode.
  • Your password is case sensitive.
